Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Hajj and Umrah packages booked through Madiney Da Pandhi (Pvt) Ltd.

1. Hajj Package Cancellation

Cancellation by Pilgrim

If you wish to cancel your Hajj booking, the following refund schedule applies:

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 75% refund
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund (unless covered by Ministry guidelines)

Note: Government-mandated cancellations (e.g., due to Hajj policy changes or pandemic restrictions) will be processed as per the Ministry of Religious Affairs directives.

Cancellation by Company

If we cancel a booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.

2. Umrah Package Cancellation

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus visa processing and airline ticket cancellation charges
• 15–30 days before departure: 60% refund
• Less than 15 days: 30% refund (subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

• Visa processing fees (once submitted to the embassy)
• Airline ticket cancellation penalties (as per airline policy)
• Insurance premiums (once policy is active)
• Documentation and administrative processing fees

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a written cancellation request at our office or via email
• Include your booking reference, CNIC, and reason for cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, travel bans, etc.), refunds or credits will be processed as per the directives of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi authorities.

6. Transfer of Booking

Booking transfers to another person may be allowed subject to availability and approval from relevant authorities. Administrative charges may apply.
