This Refund Policy applies to all Hajj and Umrah packages booked through Madiney Da Pandhi (Pvt) Ltd.
If you wish to cancel your Hajj booking, the following refund schedule applies:
Note: Government-mandated cancellations (e.g., due to Hajj policy changes or pandemic restrictions) will be processed as per the Ministry of Religious Affairs directives.
If we cancel a booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, travel bans, etc.), refunds or credits will be processed as per the directives of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Saudi authorities.
Booking transfers to another person may be allowed subject to availability and approval from relevant authorities. Administrative charges may apply.
